ADHESIVE STICKERS

We print specific stickers for the toy industry on adhesive support in Polypropylene, Polyethylene, PVC, white or transparent, with removable, permanent or Supertack glue, in compliance with EN71-3, ASTM toy safety standard.
Subsequent kiss-cutting through die cutting Heidelberg is provided.

UV LED STICKERS

To reproduce high-resolution TIFF or JPEG, shaded effects, a state-of-the-art Offset printing technology is used, that permits us to print the high resolution stochastic screening (FM10), in combination with screen-printing technique, through in register screen-print white, matt/gloss, silver and golden transparent overprint. Then the sticker is die-cut to easily remove the film from the support.

HOT STAMP FOIL STICKERS

with gold, silver and holografic method

This technique is used to reproduce chrome, gold, holographic and many other holographic effects. These stickers have moreover an incredible shine and a mirror effect and are combined with the screen printing for stunning results because the chrome film may be overprinted with colours and screen-printed transparent or Offset full-colour process.
Then the sticker is die-cut to easily remove the film from the support.
